As a scholarship holder at the Hungarian University of Sports Science, by submitting this form, I declare that I am fully aware of the contents of the Operational Regulations of my scholarship program, with particular attention to the section titled “Further Obligations of Scholarship Holders.”
I understand that I am required to reside habitually in Hungary during the training period, while being allowed to travel outside Hungary for personal reasons for up to 10 days per training period.
I am aware that if my private stay abroad exceeds 10 days but does not exceed 30 days, I must obtain prior authorization from the university, which will only be granted for valid reasons.
I also understand that if my private stay abroad exceeds 30 days, I must obtain prior authorization from the university, and my student status will be changed to passive for the semester in which I am absent for more than 30 days. Such long absences are only authorized in cases of valid emergencies.
Furthermore, I understand that all requests for private stays abroad longer than 10 days must be submitted with supporting documentation.

I accept that the Hungarian University of Sports Science may conduct random checks on my stay in Hungary during the study period. This may require me to present relevant documents (e.g. passport) in person, in accordance with the University’s instructions. I understand that failure to comply with these instructions may result in the termination of my scholarship status.
To ensure smooth communication with HUSS, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to keep my personal information – especially my email address and phone number – up to date in the Neptun system.
