Make sure you have prepared everything for your application.
After reviewing requirements collect the necessary documents and if requested the (link for) relevant media files. In case the documents have been issued in another language, the official English translation has to be uploaded as well.

If it’s among the requirements, media files should be of high quality. If the files include multiple people, please confirm how we can identify you.

Start your application HERE and submit it in just a couple of steps. Create a profile, fill out the application form and upload your documents.

To finalise your application, make sure you hit the ‘submit’ button.

After we have received your application, we will review it thoroughly and get back to you with the next steps. Make sure you use an email address that you check regularly, so you don’t miss any important updates from us.

As part of the admission process, applicants will be invited to an online interview.
Applicants to our Bachelor’s programs should also be prepared for a short entrance test:

• Biology test – for those applying to the BSc in Sports Coaching or the BSc in Sport and Exercise Science program
• Maths test – for those applying to the BSc in Sports Management program

Applicants to the Sports Coaching Master’s may be invited to a second-round interview focusing on their professional background and experience.

Have you been conditionally accepted? Follow our instructions.
If your application is successful, you will receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter for your chosen degree program. Please read the letter carefully, and follow the instructions provided to complete and confirm your acceptance. You will need to pay the tuition fee for the first two semesters.

Congratulations! Time to receive your acceptance letter.
After we have received the necessary payment, we will send you your Final Acceptance Letter, which will be one of the documents required for your visa application.

Students are responsible for booking a visa appointment at the nearest Hungarian Embassy/Consulate. Please ensure you have reviewed all the required documents in advance and have prepared your visa package accordingly. Visa applications take at least one month (or even up to two months in certain regions), so be sure to book your appointment in time.
