Looking for a unique way to experience Hungarian culture? The International Relations Center invites you to a special afternoon: Stretched Strudel Making Workshop in Budapest! This hands-on culinary event offers you the chance to learn the art of making traditional Hungarian strudel from scratch – a truly delicious and memorable experience.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Strudel Making Class: Learn how to stretch the delicate strudel pastry by hand and create both sweet and savory versions with authentic Hungarian fillings. No previous experience needed – full guidance provided!
Variety of Fillings: Try making apple strudel, sweet farmer’s cheese with sour cherry, poppy seed with pumpkin, and sweet or savory cabbage variations.
Tasting & Atmosphere: While your strudels bake, enjoy tasting traditional Hungarian bites and immerse yourself in the local culinary world.
Community & Culture: Connect with fellow international and Hungarian students in a cozy, welcoming environment.
